Volvo Car UK has added to its Business Sales customer communication channels with the launch of Live Chat. The new service gives instant digital access to Volvo’s fleet experts.
Company car drivers and fleet managers, from SMEs to large corporates, can use the instant digital messaging service to ask for help on a variety of topics, from requesting specific product information or booking a demonstrator to confirming their nearest Volvo retailer. Meetings with Volvo Regional Business Sales Managers can also be booked through Live Chat.
Highly trained fleet professionals from the Volvo Business Centre support Live Chat, which operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
